Passionate about cooking, the art of living, and entertaining since childhood, I prepare dishes from appetizer to dessert at your table. The cuisine I love is seasonal, healthy, and family-style. Sourcing is essential; I work with fresh, high-quality products. Throughout the seasons, I also forage for wild fruits and mushrooms.
My Mediterranean-inspired recipes are nourished by the influences of my culinary experiences abroad (Italy, Peru, West Indies, Argentina, Morocco, China, Thailand...).
I can also offer you my services on board for your meals at sea (CFBS diploma).
Finally, I know how to easily adapt and establish a proper distance between the family's need for privacy and spontaneity to ensure convivial meals, always with good humor.
